Chakra course with Farah

Spinal Strength & Stability with Farah

There are many ways we can develop unhealthy posture and weaken our backs and core - by sitting at a desk all day to working on your feet with a hunched back. This can lead to pain throughout our upper body, from neck to hips, and a general feeling of exhaustion and heaveiness in our body and mind.
By strengthening our core and back muscles we create a strong spine and backbends create space and flexibility which eases the tension along our upper body. Taught by Farah who completed her MA in Forensic Psychology as well as being a 200hr certified Yoga teacher.

Yin Yoga Offering with RitA

Our daily lives are full of activity, creation, and an outward focus. During this class you will dive inward with a healing yin practice. We will begin with pranayama followed by a gentle mobility flow to warm our bones, muscles, and minds.
The heart of the practice is focused on holding postures that enable us to dive inward as our nervous system quiets. When we leave our mats, we bring a brighter sense of reception along with us.

Arm BAlance with Sue

During the sessions, you will learn to build a stable and strong foundation for arm balance, including protecting your wrists and shoulders. Work on your total body to support arms and shoulders for challenging asanas such as Crow pose and tripod headstand, along with your pranayama during these asanas.
Focus and communicate with your body and mind through variation of yoga asanas, while maintaining good breathwork during practicing of deeper asanas.
